Real estate investment loans are financing products designed for purchasing, refinancing, or renovating income-producing properties. Unlike conventional mortgages, these loans are underwritten based on the property's income potential rather than your personal employment income.

A DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loan qualifies borrowers based on the rental income a property generates relative to the mortgage payment. If the property's income covers the debt, you can qualify without W-2 or tax return verification.
